Tirupati Graphite PLC - London-based company specialising in graphite and graphene - Promotes Financial Controller Ameya Gogate to chief financial officer, replacing Kein Huynh after three years since 2019 to "pursue other opportunities".
In addition, company has started the process to find an addition non-executive director candidate, as well as a London-based Executive Director specialising in finance and project development.
Will publish its financial results on or about September 12.
"We are pleased to have appointed Gogate to the position of chief financial officer. We thank Huynh for his valuable contribution and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours. Tirupati is working to strengthen our board and leadership team further with a board level executive presence in London. This will support our engagement with shareholders and also our plans to establish downstream and advanced materials facilities in the UK, particularly our discussions with the relevant policy makers and governmental authorities," said Executive Chair Shishir Poddar.
