Tirupati Graphite PLC - London-based flake graphite supplier with projects in Madagascar and Mozambique - Appoints Mark Rollins as executive chair, effective immediately. The appointment, made on Thursday, sees Rollins succeed Michael Lynch-Bell, who remains on the board as a non-executive director. Tirupati says Rollins brings extensive experience in corporate governance, business development, and government relations. He is the current chair of Beacon Energy PLC.
Additionally, the company has secured an extension from Companies House to submit its audited annual report and financial statements by March 3.
