Time Out Group PLC - London-based media and entertainment company - Raises GBP8.5 million through placing of 24.3 million shares at a price of 35 pence each, and retail offer raises GBP1.4 million via issue of 4.0 million shares at the same price.
Due to strong demand from investors, Time Out will increased the size of the conditional placing by around GBP2.0 million. As a whole, expects to raise GBP17 million through issue of 48.6 million shares.
