ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust PLC - Asia-focused renewable energy investment trust - Amends agreement to its acquisition of a 43% interest in SolarArise India Projects Pvt Ltd.
Long stop date of Thursday has been extended to August 19, and as ThomasLloyd's shares are trading in excess of the issue price at its initial public offering at USD1.00, the parties in the agreement have agreed that the price at which the consideration shares will be issued will be based on the average closing market price of shares on the ten dealing days before the date of share allotment.
Under the original deal, ThomasLloyd would have issued 34.6 million shares for the acquisition at USD1.00 each, totalling USD34.6 million.
