Tekcapital PLC - London-based intellectual property investment company - Says investee Innovative Eyewear Inc has announced the launch of its Nautica Smart Eyewear collection through a deal with New York-based brand management firm Authentic Brands Group LLC. Collection will be available in eight sunglass styles with all frames accepting prescription lenses. Tekcapital expects it to ship in January.
Harrison Gross, chief executive officer of Innovative Eyewear, comments: "Combining our technology with the popular and storied Nautica brand is sure to delight consumers worldwide, and further advance our mission to make the future of eyewear smart. We look forward to launching the line via our optical store partners in January, as well as on Nautica.com soon after."
