TechFinancials Inc - British Virgin Islands-based technology and mineral exploration company - Expects to rebrand as Ubuntu Mining and Metals Inc following an extraordinary general meeting set for March 18. It also expects to appoint two executive directors following the name change.
The EGM will also seek approval to remove the 100 million authorised share cap and approve the previously proposed share issuance.
Current stock price: 0.40 pence each on London's Aquis Exchange
