Team PLC - Jersey-based active fund management - Pretax loss for the six months ended March 31 narrows to GBP710,000 from GBP933,000 a year before. Revenue grows 63% to GBP1.0 million from GBP600,000. Attributes growth to new client opportunities.
Currently trades in line with management expectations. Remains on track to be cash positive once the acquisitions of Omega Financial Services Ltd and Concentric Group have gained regulatory approval and are integrated into the group. Omega was acquired in December and Concentric in May.
