TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based bank - Announces the results of the offer to purchase its 5.75% notes due 2024. Offer made by its subsidiary, JSC TBC Bank. Says a total US98.5 million outstanding notes had been validly tendered on closure. In addition, buys further USD3.2 million notes through private transactions agreed during the tender offer.
