SigmaRoc PLC - quarried materials company - Says Sweden has appealed SigmaRoc's successful claim against the state, and so it has also appealed. Says it remains confident in the merits of its case and will keep the markets informed of any further developments. Follows announcement on March 15, saying it was successful in seeking compensation from Sweden for land use restrictions related to subsidiary Nordkalk AB, acquired in August 2021. Nordkalk awarded compensation of SEK188 million, around GBP17 million. Will be adjusted for inflation and interest until payment is made.
