Passaic is a dormant company. Green is principle of Atrato Capital Ltd, Supermarket Income's investment advisor. Passaic acquired the stock through six separate transactions. The largest was for 65,713 shares at 75.70 pence each. Green and his "closely associated persons" combined hold 2.6 million ordinary shares in Supermarket Income REIT.
