Supermarket Income REIT PLC - real estate investment trust dedicated to investing in supermarket property - Increases target size of placing to GBP300 million from GBP175 million, following strong level of support received from potential investors, and the investment adviser's confidence in acquiring assets from the pipeline.
Earlier in April, the trust first launched a placing to raise GBP175 million, which was to go towards making additional investments.
