Sunbelt Rentals Holdings Inc - London-based equipment rental company formerly known as Ashtead Group PLC - Starts to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market, taking Ashtead's place, as the parent company completes its rebranding and dual-listing scheme covering London and New York. The move completes the push of Ashtead's American brand in all markets, and the switch to the US as its primary listing. The company notes back in 2024 that most of its business and employees are located there. Sunbelt shares replace Ashtead's in London on Monday, including on the FTSE 100, 250, 250, Small Cap and All-Share indexes. They will start trading on the New York Stock Exchange at the opening later on Monday.
Current stock price: 5,331.00 pence, down 1.3% on Monday morning in London on the first day of trading.
12-month range: up 12% in London trading as Ashtead Group PLC.
