Star Phoenix Group Ltd - oil and gas company focused in Trinidad and Indonesia - Says LandOcean Energy Service Co Ltd applied for the final hearing in relation to the arbitration proceedings against it to be postponed. Says hearing will accordingly be rescheduled to a yet to be determined date.
The meeting was scheduled to be held next Monday. The lawsuit relates to the sale of Range Resources Trinidad Ltd to LandOcean at the end of March 2020 and outstanding payments owed by LandOcean to Star Phoenix.
Current stock price: 1.21 pence, down 7.2% on Friday
