Spectra Systems Corp - Providence, Rhode Island-based banknote authentication software provider - Says Non-Executive Director Martin Jaskel has died after a short illness. Jaskel joined the company in 2007.
"A new independent non-executive director based in the UK will be appointed to the Spectra Board in due course," Spectra adds.
