TECC Capital PLC - special purpose acquisition company - Plans to list on access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange, with admission expected on June 3. TECC is a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, looking to invest in businesses operating in sectors such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, telematics, life sciences, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. Non-executive chair is Alexander Barblett, who is a founder and former director of AIM quoted Capital Metals PLC and a former non-executive director of Two Shields Investments PLC.
