Solid State PLC - Worcestershire-based computing products manufacturer - Notes positive start to new financial year at its annual general meeting, including a strong order book and rebounds in areas previously affected by Covid-related delays. Says Willow Technologies and Active Silicon acquisitions have resulted in new business. Continues to seek complementary acquisitions and make investments in its product offering to widen its range and market exposure. Says its team continue to mitigate risks relating to the pandemic and global supply chains. "The board remains optimistic about the group's prospects and will provide a trading update for the first six months of the financial year in October," the company adds.

Current stock price: 1,066.00 pence, up 2.0% on Wednesday

Year-to-date change: up 47%
