Sirius Real Estate Ltd - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Non-Executive Director James Peggie will step down as a non-executive director at the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting next month. Peggie has been on the board since November 2012. Appoints Deborah Davis as a non-executive director, with effect from December 1. Davis serves on the boards of diagnostic data and analytics company Diaceutics PLC and consumer credit company International Personal Finance PLC.
