SigmaRoc PLC - London-based building materials company specialising in lime and minerals - Says Chair David Barrett buys 142,000 shares at 67 pence per share, giving him a total interest in SigmaRoc of 4.1 million shares, representing just under 0.5% of its issued share capital. Adds that Chief Executive Officer Max Vermorken buys 32,632 shares at 68.2p bringing his total interest in the firm to 1.1 million shares, 0.1% of its share capital.
