Sigma Capital Group PLC - build-to-rent housing provider - Agrees with PRS REIT PLC to extend the term of the investment advisory agreement in place between its subsidiary Sigma PRS Management Ltd, PRS REIT and the alternative investment fund manager G10 Capital Ltd. Two amendments to the investment advisory agreement have been agreed, but all other terms remain unchanged. The amendments include the revision of the asset management fee payable to the investment adviser, such that the PRS REIT will pay a reduced fee for adjusted net asset values above GBP500 million. Under the new agreement, the contracted term has been extended to the end of 2025 from the end of May 2022, with a one-year notice period thereafter.
