Royal Dutch Shell PLC - Anglo-Dutch oil major - Adds Abraham Schot to board as non-executive director, with effect October 1. Schot was formerly on board of Volkswagen AG, holding senior roles at subsidiaries Lamborghini and Ducati. Was also chief executive officer of Daimler/Mercedes-Benz Italia & Holding SpA between 2006 and 2011.
