Shaftesbury Capital PLC - real estate investment trust formed from merger of Capital & Counties Properties and Shaftesbury - Chief Operating Officer Chris Ward, formerly the chief financial officer of Shaftesbury PLC, will step down on Friday next week after 12 years with the group. Shaftesbury says Ward's role will not be replaced on the board.
"Chris is a committed and experienced executive and has made an enormous contribution to creating London's leading central London mixed-use REIT. We thank him for his extraordinary efforts over the years, wishing him every success in the years to come," Chair Jonathan Nicholls says.
