Shaftesbury Capital PLC - real estate investment trust investing in commercial properties in the London West End - Chair Jonathan Nicholls sells 96,485 shares at 127.52 pence, worth GBP123,041, on Thursday. Shaftesbury says the sale is part of Nicholls' personal tax planning arrangements.
