Serabi Gold PLC - Brazil-focused gold mining and development company - Acquires Sao Domingos exploration licence to the west of the Sao Chico deposit in Brazil. The licence will add a further 4,999 hectares to Serabi's portfolio.
Licence was acquired from Brazil Americas Investments & Participation Mineraco Ltda for USD100,000 in cash and a 2% net smelter return royalty over future gold production generated from the licence area.
