Secured Income Fund PLC - specialist secured-lending income investment trust - Will return GBP1.3 million to shareholders by way of an issue of B shares. Secured Income Fund says it will issue on December 29 one B share for each 40 ordinary shares held and then immediately redeem each B share at GBP1 each. The B share scheme was approved at the company's general meeting back in March and represents the fourth return of capital for the investment trust. Back in October, Secured Income Fund said it will call a general meeting to vote on cancelling its shares from trading on the London Stock Exchange.
Current stock price: 18.85 pence, down 5.8% on Friday
