Secure Trust Bank PLC - Solihull, England-based savings accounts and lending services provider - Chief Executive Officer David McCreadie buys 11,185 shares across two transactions for a total GBP75,000 on Thursday. The two transactions were McCreadie buying 10,138 shares at GBP6.7024 each and 1,047 shares at GBP6.735213. McCreadie increases his holding in Secure Trust Bank to 39,434 shares from a previous 28,249 shares.
