SDI Group PLC - Cambridge-based medical technology company - Appoints Stephen Brown as new chief operating officer, due to join on September 28. Brown was previously COO at AB Dynamics PLC, and chief executive officer at BP Launchpad, part of BP PLC.
Chair Ken Ford says: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen to the board as [COO]. The skillset and experience that he brings to SDI will be invaluable as the business continues to grow through its buy and build strategy."
Current stock price: 124.00 pence, up 2.5% on Thursday
