SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC - London-based energy efficiency investor - Notes placing has received a strong level of support from investors and has been significantly oversubscribed. As a result, and taking into account its near-term acquisition pipeline, SDCL has upped its proposed placing to GBP105 million from the previous target of GBP80 million. SDCL expects to place 100 million new shares at 105p per share. Following admission, SDCL will have 526.1 million shares in issue.
