Science Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based science and technology consulting company - Requisitions general meeting of investee TP Group PLC, seeking removal of Chair Philip Holland as well as "any director appointed between 21 October 2021 and the date of the general meeting". Science Group says: "It is imperative that the TP Group board executes the resolutions and associated strategy approved by its shareholders at the general meeting and it is indefensible that further costs and disruption are having to be incurred in order to implement the clear decision of the company's members." TP Group confirms it received letter from Science Group and says further announcement will be made in due course.
