Science Group PLC - Cambridge-based science-focused product development company - Has a new revolving credit facility with Lloyds Banking Group PLC. The facility is for up to GBP25 million, with an additional GBP5 million accordion option. It has a term of four years with a one-year extension. Science Group said the facility will provide additional capital for acquisitions. The facility is in addition to the company's existing term loan, which expires in 2026. At November 30, the amount outstanding on the term loan was GBP15.7 million.
Current stock price: 455.00 pence, up 1.1% in London.
