Science Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based science and technology consultancy - Executive Chair Martyn Ratcliffe sells 1.5 million shares at 550 pence each, for GBP8.0 million in total, on Thursday in London. Company says the transaction is "in order to provide liquidity to satisfy institutional demand". Ratcliffe retains an 18.2% stake, comprising 8.0 million shares. Science Group says it "is pleased to welcome a number of new institutional shareholders", as the "broader shareholder base" strengthens its platform for the next phase of development.
Current stock price: 556.20p, down 0.7% on Friday
