Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - real estate investor - As at December 31, net asset value stands at 150.7 euro cents per share, down 0.1% from 150.9 cents at the end of September.
Portfolio value rises 2.8% over the first quarter to EUR276.1 million from EUR268.6 million, due to an increase in value of the investment in the Hamburg office, as well as estimated rental value growth across the industrial assets portfolio.
Portfolio generates a net property rental income of EUR3.4 million.
