San Leon Energy PLC - oil & gas exploration company focused on Nigeria - Extends proposed investment in oil exploration and development company Decklar Petroleum Ltd as well as the onshore conventional oil field Oza Field in Nigeria by three weeks. Says worldwide restrictions in place to slow the spread of Covid-19 have presented certain logistical challenges. Notes however that "good progress" has been made with the final drafts of all remaining conditions which precede the subscription agreement.
