Safestyle UK PLC - UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market - Appoints Phil Joyner as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Joyner joined Safestyle as group financial controller in June 2018 and was appointed as finance director in January 2023, following Rob Neale's appointment as chief executive officer. He has over 20 years' finance experience and, prior to joining Safestyle, held senior finance leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and retail sectors.
Chair Alan Lovell says: "The board and I would like to congratulate Phil on his appointment as CFO and welcome him to the board. Phil has made a huge contribution to Safestyle since he joined in 2018, and we look forward to working with him to deliver the group's strategic priorities."
