Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, England-based motor insurance underwriter - Says Non-Executive Chair Andy Pomfret died on Saturday following an illness. Senior Independent Director Rebecca Shelley becomes acting chair. Pomfret joined the board in 2018 and became chair in September 2020. Company says that Pomfret "provided valuable advice and insight to the executive team both through its infancy as a listed company and then as a chair in supporting the delivery of Sabre's strategy."
Current stock price: 144.03 pence, up 1.2% in London on Monday
