S4 Capital PLC - London-based advertising and marketing agency - Acquires Chicago-based digital marketing and web development agency Maverick Digital, an integration partner of customer relationship management platform provider Salesforce.com Inc. Maverick Digital, which is bought for an undisclosed sum, will be combined with S4's content arm MediaMonks, and is expected to expand its Salesforce integration capabilities, as well as services in technology and data.
