RTW Venture Fund Ltd - New York-based investor in life sciences, biopharmaceutical, and medical technology companies - Portfolio firm Ventyx Biosciences Inc prices its its upsized USD151.5 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Ventyx Biosciences is advancing a pipeline of novel small molecule therapeutics for patients with inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
"We are excited about Ventyx's successful IPO and look forward to supporting the company in its efforts to develop innovative therapeutics for patients with inflammatory and autoimmune diseases," says Director Stephanie Sirota.
