RTW Venture Fund Ltd - New York-based investment company which invests in life sciences, biopharmaceutical, and medical technology companies - Portfolio firm Pulmonx Corp prices USD190 million initial public offering on Nasdaq Global Market. Company issued 10 million shares at USD19.00 per share.
Pulmonx is a medical device firm which commercialises the Zephyr Valve system, an invasive procedure for the treatment of severe emphysema. On first day of trading, shares more that doubled in value to USD39.31.
