Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Ltd - invests in revenue-generating music copyrights - Reports net loss before tax of USD2.2 million in the period from incorporation on August 5, 2020 to June 30 this year. Income totals USD12.4 million, consisting of USD16.3 million in royalty income, against USD4.7 million in royalty expense, and USD1.0 million in investment income, against USD258,889 in investment expense. Economic net asset value is USD352.6 million on June 30, translating into USD1.07 economic NAV per share, up 10% since inception. Round Hill Music Royalty Fund says it has invested USD342 million to buy 38 music catalogues and to buy 29.1% of RH Carlin Holdings LLC, the owner of the Carlin Music catalogue, which includes songs by Elvis Presley, the Kinks and Meat Loaf.
