Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Ltd - private equity firm exclusively dedicated to investments in revenue generating music copyright assets - Plans placing of C shares priced at USD1.00 each, with proceeds to fund short-term acquisitions of copyrights, it says on Thursday. The C share offer is conditional on the minimum gross proceeds being USD50 million.
Round Hill expects to deploy the proceeds of the share offer within three months of its closing. A pipeline of around USD120 million of investment opportunities has been identified including master recordings and neighbouring rights from various artists spanning the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, the company says.
