IN BRIEF: Remote Monitored Systems mask subsidiary gets bumper offer

4th Mar 2021 21:14

Remote Monitored Systems PLC - London-based survey and inspection services provider - Says its Pharm 2 Farm Ltd subsidiary nets order for 1.0 million of P2F's masks with Volz, and notes outsourcing manufacturing discussions in progress.

"Not only should this approach enable the expected demand for the mask to be met but it will also allow P2F to focus on its core strengths of developing and producing nanomaterials and associated innovative products," company adds.

Also says interest in the masks has been strong.

Enters into a distribution agreement with Francis McIntyre Ltd, an online garment retailer with the brand FM London, to make P2F's masks available to customers across the UK and Europe via Amazon. Under the terms of the agreement, Francis McIntyre has placed an initial order for 100,000 masks, with the exclusive right to sell via Amazon being conditional upon Francis McIntyre ordering a minimum of 1 million masks per month.

Finally, adds P2F is in discussions with Lemu Group, the manufacturer of its mask making machine, regarding mechanical issues that need to be resolved before the machine at BioCity can be considered to be fully commissioned.
