IN BRIEF: Red Rock reports "encouraging" drill results at Mikei

Red Rock Resources PLC - gold explorer in Australia, Kenya and Ivory Coast - Says total of 20 drill holes totalling 2,093 metres were completed as part of phase 1 reverse circulation drilling programme in the mid KKM prospect at the Mikei gold project, Kenya. Reports results of first batch of 950 samples from 9 out of the 20 drill holes, with highlights such as 17 metres at 1.02 grams per tonne gold from 116 metres to 133 metres at KKRC102 and 6 metres at 1.17 grams per tonne gold from 8 metres to 13 metres at KKRC082. "These first nine holes were extremely encouraging, and take us some way towards our objectives for the programme. Seven of the drillholes intercepted gold mineralisation, including five at good grades," says Chair Andrew Bell.
