Real Estate Investors PLC - Midlands, UK-focused real estate investment trust - On Thursday, Chief Executive Paul Bassi and Finance Director Marcus Daly buy 3.8 million and 1 million shares, respectively, both at 28.00 pence per share. Bassi's share purchase totals GBP1.1 million, and Daly's totals GBP280,000. Bassi is interested in 16 million more shares, representing 9.3% of Real Estate Investors issued capital, and Daly is interested in 3.5 million shares, representing 2.0%, the company says.
