React Group PLC - South Derbyshire, England-based cleaning, hygiene and decontamination firm - Reports an adjusted pretax profit of GBP277,000 for the year ended September 30, up 47% from GBP188,000 the year before.
This was on full-year revenue growth of 77% to GBP7.7 million from GBP4.4 million a year prior.
Attributes this to organic growth and the acquisition of Birmingham-based commercial cleaning company Fidelis Contract Services Ltd. Notes that the acquisitions contributed to the second half of the year.
Plans to grow the firm through fast-paced organic growth and strategic acquisitions "if the right opportunities present themselves" going forward.
"The new financial year has begun well and the outlook for the group remains positive. We believe React is well-positioned to continue to support its customers' critical requirements," Chief Executive Shaun Doak says.
