Completes further investment in LNEnergy Ltd, increasing its interest to 16%, from 3.1%. Says it retains a second option to further increase the stake. Funds additional investment through mix of cash and shares, GBP500,000 in cash and GBP1.5 million from the issue of 810.8 million Reabold shares at 0.185 pence each to some LNEnergy shareholders.
