REA Holdings PLC - London-based crude palm oil producer - says it will repay and replace loans provided by Indonesian bankers PT Bank Mandiri Tbk to its subsidiaries PT Sasana Yudha Bhakti and PT Kutai Mitra Sejahtera.
States Mandiri will also provide an Indonesian rupiah denominated working capitl facility to SYB. Outstanding principal amounts of the existing Mandiri loan to SYB and KMS are IDR 331 billion around USD23.2 million, repayable over five years and IDR123 billion repayable over one year.
Replacement loans will amount to IDR555 billion and IDR365 billion, both repayable over eight years. New SYB working capital facility will amount to IDR15 billion.
Plans to start discussions with holders of its 7.5 percent dollar notes 2022 to seek an agreement to extend the maturity date of the notes by four years. This on terms that the company will be ready to repurchase on the existing maturity date of June 30, 2022.
States commencement of mining operations at PT Indo Pancadasa Agrotama encourages an expectation of significant near term recovery of loans made by the group to IPA.
Says it will pay dividend of 5.5p per share on preference shares on December 31, 2021.
