Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based maker of low-cost single board computers and compute modules - Elizabeth Upton, executive director of Communications and wife of Chief Executive Officer & Founder Eben Upton, sells 25,000 shares at GBP4.35, worth GBP100,750, on Monday. Raspberry Pi shares have risen sharply since it debuted on the London Main Market last week at an initial public offering price of 280 pence.
