Rambler Metals & Mining PLC - copper and gold producer focused on Canada - Reports delay in fundraising. Now expects to complete fundraising by the end of July. Earlier anticipated the capital raise to complete by the end of second quarter of 2020. Discussions with investors remain at an advanced stage and there can be no guarantee that a binding fundraising agreement will be completed.
