Quarto Group Inc - London-based illustrated book publisher - 1010 Printing Ltd, a company associated with Executive Director Chuk Kin Lau, has purchased 1.0 million shares at an average price of GBP1.249, totalling GBP1.2 million on Thursday.
1010 Printing now holds 17.9 million shares in Quarto, reflecting a 44% interest in the company.
Current stock price: 130.00 pence, up 7.4% on Friday
