Puma Alpha VCT PLC - London-based venture capital trust - Makes a further allotment of around 1.6 million shares relating to the GBP15 million offer for subscription previously announced. The subscription offer included an over-allotment facility for up to GBP5 million. Offer prices at which the shares were allotted were in the range of GBP1.31 to GBP1.35.
Application will be made for the shares allotted to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market on or around September 14.
