Puma Alpha VCT PLC - venture capital trust - Allots a further 1.1 million shares as part of subscription offer to raise GBP15.0 million with an over-allotment facility for a further GBP5.0 million. Shares were allotted in the range of GBP1.36 to GBP1.41. Following this allotment, the total number of shares is 16.9 million.
